We are looking for a driven individual with experience in customer service, diary management coupled with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to build good working relationships with field based staff along with clients & customer, they must be able to demonstrate a common-sense approach to diary management & be eager to learn insurance claim triage.

The role will include set up of new insurance claims, triaging claims, and the day-to-day management of our field surveyors diaries, working closely with them to ensure effective route planning is achieved.

The position would suit someone with a confident telephone manner, good IT skills and with experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.

Package

  • Salary of £18,500 – £21,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Hours: 40 hours

Responsibilities include:

  • Call Handling – inbound and outbound
  • Recording and triaging new claims
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customer/ clients and engineers
  • Maintaining accurate and claim notes on our inhouse systems
  • Manage field based diaries (in line with SLA/KPI’s)
  • To maintain a calm and positive demeanour while speaking to customer’s experiencing a potentially distressing situation and management of client/customer expectations.

 

Experience/Skills:

  • Experience in a customer service role is essential
  • Diary management is preferable
  • A confident telephone manner and positive attitude
  • A willingness to work in a high paced fast-moving environment
