Lucas Claims Solutions have our own secure media claims management application to help with remote inspections, validations and the settling of claims. We embrace digital technologies as a tool to add value to our Loss Adjusters, who use them wherever necessary, but are not solely reliant on them. Some Insurers prefer a digitally led service package, whilst others prefer the ‘boots on the ground’ approach. We can implement digital claims technologies as much or as little as our Partners require.
